Two Fortune Fencing epeeists carried the Monrovia club’s name to three California tournaments on October 3 and 4, 2026, and put four results on the books.

David Yi had the busiest weekend. He opened Saturday at the AFM Veteran Epee Cup in Sunnyvale and was back on the strip Sunday at the EBFG Open in Oakland, where he finished 5th of 6 in Veteran Mixed Epee.

The same Sunday in San Diego, Lucas Parra finished 19th of 44 in Senior Mixed Epee at the San Diego Senior Cup #1 at Team Touche Fencing Center.

Weekends like this start in our training room in Monrovia, where beginners and competitive fencers share the same floor and families come in from Arcadia, Pasadena, Duarte, Sierra Madre, and Azusa.
