Equipment Check
- Equipment Check will be opened Friday September 4, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, as well as all event days from 6:30 AM
- It is highly recommended to come and check your equipment on Thursday if your event is the first event on Friday. Other fencers are also welcomed to check their equipment on Thursday
Important – Read Carefully
- All events will be capped, and entry is on a first-come first-served basis – NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the tournament has filled to the capped amount, a wait list will begin. When an athlete withdraws from the event the next person on the wait list will then have 24 hours to officially register for the event and pay event fees.
- All fencing strips will be surrounded by stanchions (Fencing Zones). Spectators to sit outside the stanchions all times.
- No parents, coaches, or spectators are allowed inside the fencing zones during pool rounds. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Only accredited coach (or a parent of a minor fencer) is allowed to assist a fencer during DE bouts and has to stand in a clearly designated area behind the strip all times.
- Coaches Accreditation can be obtained at the check in desk. Coaches failing to obtain accreditation will not be allowed to enter the Fencing Zones
- Fencers are allowed inside the fencing zones during pool rounds and DE rounds (only if they are actively fencing), and must stay behind the strips all the time, except for the times they are fencing.
- Fencers can check live tournament results and tournament progress at www.fencingtimelive.com

Check-In
- Venue opens 6:30 AM all days. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
- All fencers have to have USA Fencing membership card or clearly legible copy to use Auto Check-In feature.
- Fencers must check in everyday they compete.
Refund Policy
- Registration, sanction and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON
- Only Event fees are refundable if requests are received by August 21, 2026 11:59 PM PT
- Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to fortunefencing@hotmail.com
- Starting August 22, 2026 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
- Refunds are processed by USA Fencing National Office.
- NO REFUND will be issued to No Show the day of the event or Withdraw after the refund deadline
