Equipment Check

Equipment Check will be available on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, as well as on all event days starting at 6:30 AM. If your event is on Friday, it is highly recommended to check your equipment on Thursday. Other fencers are also encouraged to check their gear on Thursday.

Please read carefully: All events have a capped capacity and operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis—no exceptions. Once complete, a waitlist will be created. If a registered athlete withdraws, the next person on the waitlist will have 24 hours to complete registration and payment.

All fencing strips will be enclosed by stanchions, forming designated Fencing Zones. Spectators must remain outside these zones at all times. During pool rounds, no parents, coaches, or spectators are allowed inside the zones. During DE bouts, only accredited coaches—or a parent of a minor fencer—may assist, and must remain in the designated coach area behind the strip. Coach accreditation is available at check-in; without it, access to the Fencing Zones will be denied. Fencers may enter the zones only while actively competing and must stay behind the strips when not fencing.
