Welcome to the 2023 Fortune Fencing RYC/RJCC/ROC & Y8 event, organized by USA Fencing. This prestigious tournament will be held at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, CA, from September 2nd to September 4th, 2023. The event offers various categories and age groups, including ROC (DV1A, DV2, VET), RJCC, and RYC (Y14, Y12, Y10, Y8). All events are capped, so register early to secure your spot. The venue boasts a spacious area with 47 grounded strips, a final strip with video replay and live streaming, and free water stations throughout. • 📍 The 2023 Fortune Fencing RYC/RJCC/ROC & Y8 event is taking place at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, CA, from September 2nd to September 4th, 2023.
• 🏢 The venue has a total area of 67,000 sqft and features 47 grounded strips. The final strip has video replay and live streaming on our YouTube channel.
• 🚩 Spectators are not allowed inside the fencing zones, and food and drinks are not allowed in those areas either.
• 🛡️ Equipment check will be available on Friday, September 1st, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and during the event days starting from 6:30 AM.
• ⏰ All events will start on time, and there will be no delays between rounds or flighted events. The staff includes highly skilled bout committee members and licensed referees.
• 🎟️ Registration for the events is capped, and entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the tournament reaches its capacity, a waitlist will be initiated.
• 📋 Fencers are not required to sign the score sheet or DE slips but can check the results on www.fencingtimelive.com. Monitors will also display pools and results.

• 💰 Registration and event fees vary depending on the date of registration. Regular fees are available until Monday, August 14, 2023, and late fees apply after that date.
• ❌ Refunds for registration and administration fees are not provided. Refunds for event fees must be requested before August 18, 2023; no refunds will be issued after that date.
• 📅 The tournament schedule is subject to change, and participants should arrive at least one hour before the close of check-in.
