Equipment Check

  • Dates & Times:
  • August 30, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
  • During all event days from 6:30 AM onwards.
  • Recommendation: Participants with early events on Friday should consider checking their equipment on Thursday. The equipment check is open to all competitors on Thursday.

Important Event Regulations

To maintain order and fairness, strict guidelines are in place:

  • Capped Entries: All events have a capped entry limit on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Waitlist Protocol: If events are full, a waitlist begins. When an athlete withdraws, the next person on the waitlist has 24 hours to register.
  • Fencing Zones:
  • Strips surrounded by stanchions.
  • Spectators are to remain outside fencing zones.
  • Accredited coaches or parents are only allowed during Direct Elimination (DE) bouts, standing in designated areas.

The structure of the tournament fees is straightforward, with deadlines to keep in mind:

  • Late Fees (Triple, from August 13, 2024, until August 29, 2024, 11:59 PM PDT):

  • Walk-ins: Permitted starting August 30, 2024, with triple fees, if spots are available and approved by the Bout Committee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and must follow these guidelines:

  • Non-Refundable: Registration and Administration fees.
  • Event Fees Refunds: Requests received by August 16, 2024, 11:59 PM PDT.
  • No Refunds: From August 17, 2024, onwards, for any reason.
