Fortune fencing would like to invite your loved ones to our Beginner/Intermediate fun summer camp! Whether your child has zero or little experience with the noble sport of Fencing! During our 5 day camp, our certified professional coaches will introduce the proper way of holding the sword, en guard, advance, lunge & fence with other kids in a very healthy and safe environment! Our daily camp will include warm-up through fun games, stretching, footwork, and Obstacle course exercises which will increase speed, agility, balance, and hand-eye coordination.\nThe camp will focus on:\n* Technical drills\n* Fencing Strategy\n* Mental Fields\n* Conditioning\n* instruction- Bouting & competitions.\nBenefits & Value \nDuring our fun, healthy and positive environment your child will benefit from our camp:\n● Respect\n● Self-control\n● Self-confidence\n● Sportsmanship and making new friends while they’re learning about the Olympic Sport of Fencing.\nCoaching:\nStudents will be taught by the elite experienced coaching staff.\nElsayed Emara\nFortune Fencing Head Coach/Program Director.\nCertified Maitre d’Armes & member of the United States Fencing Coaches Association.\nCoach Emara is highly experienced and has been coaching for over 23 years with numerous medals at both the national & international level.\nZeyad Elashry\nEpee Coach at Fortune Fencing & Former Epee coach at Johns Hopkins University. Coach Elashry competed and ranked with the top fencers in the nation. With over 6 years of coaching experience, Coach Elashry produced numerous national medals.\nInformation:\nHours: Everyday from 10am – 3:00pm\nFees: $400 for the 5 days  (Lunch NOT included)\nWhat to bring:\n\n• Lunch pack, two snacks (we encourage fruits), water bottle.\nWe have a fridge that kids can use, make sure your lunch is marked with your child’s name.\n• Shorts, athletic pants, sneakers.\nLong pants are mandatory during fencing bouting, shorts can be worn for stretching, footwork, and games.\n• Extra T-shirt.\n• Last but not least, your happy face!\n\nNote:\n* All equipment is provided and included to our campers by Fortune Fencing!\n* Please, No jeans, khakis, capris, slacks, sandals & boots.\n
